HotelAdvantage is a leading provider of web-based reporting tools for Hotels. KWD not only developed their site showcasing their GuestBASE service, but also designed and built the GuestBASE product.

GuestBASE is a web based guest history analysis tool for hotels. Reports are generated in real-time of Guest History Information. For instance, Hotel Staff may request a report on who stayed at their hotel between certain dates and golfed at their golf course. The customized report will return all guests who fit this criteria in order of geographic region (you pick: Region, State, MSA, County, City).

GuestBASE is a detailed reporting tool which allows Hotels to keep track of individual customer preferences, track repeat visitors, upload arrival lists to match returning customers, and all reports may be merged into mailing labels!
