The solution for Drycarpet contains many aspects: an online scheduling tool, an administrative interface, and an employee interface.

The online scheduler allows customers to enter property information, obtain estimates, and schedule service all in real-time. Customers are remembered when they return, and their properties are stored for future appointments. Customer appointments are confirmed via email as soon as the customer submits their appointment.

The administrative interface allows DryCarpet Management to schedule service with customers over the phone, while being able to view which technician is available. Each appointment checks for Technician availability in that area at that time and day. The admin interface also helps to facilitate accounting, employee schedules and information, and well as customers and properties.

The employee interface allows the DryCarpet Techs to log in, view messages from management, update their personal information, and check their schedule for new appts.
