GuestBase

GuestBase is a web-based application for high-end hotels allowing them to track guest history, repeat guests, VIP guest preferences and to build customizable real-time reports based on guest data currently in their system. These reports enable the hotel staff to encourage guest loyalty through programs and incentives communicated through direct mail.

GuestBase offers a sophisticated direct-mail feature allowing the hotel to build customer lists based on criteria they choose and to then select a mail template, and send thousands of flyers, letters, postcards or any other type of printed material to their compiled list with the click of a button, and to track the effectiveness of these mailings by flagging returning guests who received the marketing materials.

GuestBase is currently deployed at Hyatt Resorts.
